Staffing Portal
The Coalition, with funding from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, has launched a new initiative to assist with staffing challenges in the residential and congregate care arena. The portal is intended to expedite access to needed relief staff for providers and to track trends and potential issues related to staffing.
The Fortune Society
The Fortune Society serves people with incarceration history including provision of supported work. They have the ability to pay the salaries of entry-level workers for up to 210 hours at $15 an hour and are looking for placements where there is a significant likelihood that individuals who do well might have a chance at a permanent job.
