Summary
On August 12th, 2019, HPD released a Planning and Development Resources RFQ seeking qualified consultants who can guide nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and other private owners who have developable land through pre-development and/or construction to develop or preserve high-quality, affordable housing or mixed-use projects on their sites.
Eligible Applicants
The RFQ aims to attract professional entities who have a thorough understanding of developing affordable housing, as well as experience working with the City’s affordable housing programs.

Important Dates:
- Wednesday, August 28, 2019: Pre-Submission Conference at 10:30am at HPD's Manhattan headquarters, 100 Gold Street, Room 8F-14.
- Friday, August 30, 2019: Questions due.
- Monday, September 30, 2019: PROPOSALS DUE.
Qualified Planning and Development Entities will be included on a Pre-Qualified List (PQL) that HPD will publish as a resource for interested owners. The Planning and Development Resources PQL will replace HPD’s current Owners' Representatives PQL, published in 2016.
