Summary
The HPD Housing Stabilization and Retention Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will create a list of Qualified Housing Retention and Stabilization Services providers who can provide services to formerly homeless tenants in HPD Our Space units.
Tenant Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Applicants will provide services to formerly homeless tenants.
Eligible Applicants
Applicants must be nonprofit organizations and demonstrate they have the experience and capacity to become a Qualified Applicant.
Amount
The annual cost per household is expected to be around $5,000, paid from social services reserves, though developers should work within what the social service reserves will allow.
Network Notes
- The initial submission deadline is February 15, 2019.
- HPD will publish a list based on the initial application round. The RFQ may be re-opened annually for additional submissions.
- HPD reserves the right to amend the Qualified List at any time.
- HPD may periodically request updated information from Qualified Applicants appearing on the Qualified List.
