The Network is a membership organization that represents the supportive housing providers of New York State. We ourselves do not provide or develop supportive housing. We can, however, point you toward the following resources if you’re looking for housing.
Below, you’ll find information on eligibility for supportive housing in New York City and the rest of New York State. You’ll find resources for affordable housing, housing for people with physical disabilities and other related types of special-needs housing.
To access supportive housing, you must first determine if you are eligible. Eligibility requirements differ depending on where you reside in New York. No matter the region, the vast majority of units go to single adults who are homeless and cope with a disabling condition such as mental illness, substance abuse or HIV/AIDS.

Several resources are available for those at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals and families in New York City may qualify for help through Homebase.
