The Network has initiated a multi-year capacity building initiative – Getting to 35K -- aimed at helping our community create the 35,000 new units promised by the Mayor and Governor. Getting to 35K encompasses trainings, Q&A panels with city and state government partners, mixers to promote for- and nonprofit joint ventures as well as promoting partnerships between faith-based organizations with buildable land with nonprofit supportive and affordable housing developers.
