New York State Homes and Community Renewal announced the Winter 2022 9% awards on July 8th, 2022.
Over $18 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) will be used in 16 affordable housing projects. Ten of those have a supportive housing component (63%).
In all, a total of 864 units will be created, including 323 supportive units.
