On October 28th, President Biden announced the framework for the Build Back Better Act, which includes the largest one-time investment in affordable housing in our nation’s history. We are happy to report that our top priorities are included, with $20 billion for new rental assistance and $15 billion for the National Housing Trust Fund. While the Build Back Better Act must still be passed in both the House and Senate, this is definitely a positive step and the result of all of your advocacy these last months.
