The Network partnered with the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA) to present updates on the new Coordinated Assessment and Placement System (CAPS).
Assistant Deputy Commissioner Craig Retchless and Director of Coordinated Entry Robin Pagliuco outlined the changes to the system and updates that will streamline the referral and placement process for supportive housing providers.
