Impact of a New York City Supportive Housing Program on Housing Stability and Preventable Health

The purpose of this evaluation was to assess the impact of a NYC supportive housing program, known as New York/New York III (NY/NY III), on housing stability among heads of chronically homeless families with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, physical disabilities, or HIV/AIDS.
