Summary
HPD seeks to establish a list of Qualified Housing Retention and Stabilization Services providers that HPD designates as qualified to assist formerly homeless households moving into HPD-assisted New Construction projects.
Tenant Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Applicants will provide services to formerly homeless tenants.
Eligible Applicants
Applicants must be nonprofit organizations and demonstrate they have the experience and capacity to become a Qualified Applicant.
Amount
The annual cost per household is expected to be around $5,000, though developers should work within what the social service reserves will allow.
Network Notes
The submission deadline is March 13, 2020.
Contracts will be for groups of 20 households, within one building or across multiple projects located near one another.
