Find a COVID-19 test site 

Testing can be performed in a number of NYC Health and Hospitals centers and at selected drive-thru testing sites, as listed below. All testing sites require an appointment, which can be made calling 718-918-5700 or the Health Department Coronavirus hotline at 1-888-364-3065.

Staten Island State-Run Mobile Testing Site 
The state-run mobile testing site is in a parking lot next to South Beach Psychiatric Center on Seaview Avenue. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. by appointment only. Those seeking an appointment with any symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.) should call the Health Department Coronavirus hotline at 1-888-364-3065.

CityMD Is Now Offering COVID-19 Nasal Swabs & Antibody Tests
CityMD is currently offering two forms of COVID-19 testing at all locations - the PCR (Nasal Swab) test and the Serum Antibody IgG (Blood Test). Tests are unlimited and free for New York City residents. 

Bethany Medical Clinic Offering Free COVID-19 Testing for Eligible New Yorkers
Use this scheduling link to virtually speak with a provider. Pick appointment option "Telemedicine COVID-19 Pretesting" and a provider will determine which COVID-19 tests are appropriate for you. 

NYC Antibody Testing
Sign up for a COVID-19 Antibody Survey by calling 1-888-279-0967. Web appointments are closed and will reopen in July 2020. 

NYC COVID Testing for Non-Profit Workers 
Up to 15 mobile teams will bring testing sites to non-profit worksites once a week starting June 15th. More details to come.
