This report explores the challenges faced by young adults who've aged out of New York City foster care. In particular, the study looks at the difficulties faced in regards to finding employment. It finds that as many as half of all young adult who age out of NYC foster care do so without jobs. Upon assessing the problem, the report lays out a series of recommendations and possible solutions.
