The Exhale Room: A Nervous System Restore Space
Hosted by RLVNT Group, https://www.rlvntgroup.com/

The Exhale Room is a wellbeing space designed to help conference attendees pause, breathe and reset throughout the day. The space invites participants into brief 5–10-minute experiences that support nervous system restoration and create space to exhale during the day.
Stop into the space between 10:15a-5:15p to reset and try the self-guided practice prompts, offering a few minutes of reset.
Join for short, guided community care practices offered at specific times throughout the day:

    ·       1:00p: Post-lunch gentle movement and breath (10 mins)
    ·       1:15p: Energizing breathwork and reset (10 mins)
    ·       3:15p: Mid-afternoon shakeout and breathwork (10 mins)
    ·       5:00p: End of the day breathwork release (10 mins)

No equipment or experience necessary. Stop in to reset the nervous system and perhaps feel a little more energized thought-out the day.

Special Dedication & Lunch with Leaders: Fortifying the Future of Supportive Housing in New York City  12:15-1:00PM

New York City is entering a new era. As the Mamdani Administration launches its ambitious housing and affordability agenda, supportive housing remains one of the City’s most effective tools for addressing homelessness, promoting health and stability, and creating pathways to opportunity for New Yorkers with the greatest needs.

At the same time, the supportive housing sector faces a complex set of challenges - from preserving aging properties and strengthening the human services workforce to responding to rising tenant acuity and navigating an uncertain federal landscape. Yet this moment also presents a unique opportunity to reimagine and strengthen the systems that have made New York a national leader in supportive housing.

Join senior leaders from government, philanthropy, and the supportive housing community for a candid conversation about what comes next. Together, they will explore the City’s vision for housing and services, the role of preservation alongside new development, the importance of public-private partnership, and the investments needed to ensure supportive housing remains strong for decades to come.
