On May 8th, West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing (WSFSSH) joined project partners and elected officials to celebrate breaking ground on the restoration of the historic Three Arts building. Once complete, this new residence will bring 61 affordable apartments, including 25 supportive housing units, for older adults to the Upper West Side. WSFSSH will provide on-site services funded by NYC 15/15 administered through New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (NYC DOHMH).

At the launch, WSFSSH Director of Real Estate Development, Nicole Marrocco remarked, “Three Arts Club will transform former SRO units into modern, energy-efficient studios for low-income older adults and formerly homeless New Yorkers, ensuring they can age in place with dignity.”
