As part of our Healthy Aging in Supportive Housing workgroup, providers identified a clear need to learn more about trusted Home Health Agencies and the ways they can support older tenants. To help meet this need, we hosted our first-ever virtual Home Health Vendor Expo on Thursday, September 25th.
The Expo featured five Home Health Agencies, each with their own breakout room where providers were able to:
- Learn about the services they provide
- Ask questions directly
- Explore how they can partner with the providers program to support aging tenants in supportive housing.
