RFPs Released in June
A busy month for the release of Requests for Proposals.
June has been a busy month for the release of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in the New York supportive housing community. From services and operating, to capital, to congregate, to scattered site, our government agencies have all the bases covered. These RFPs are part of the initial push to meet the ambitious targets set by Mayor de Blasio (15,000 supportive housing units over 15 years) and Governor Cuomo (20,000 units over 15 years).
Empire State Supportive Housing Initiative (ESSHI)
ESSHI is a New York State program that provides service and operating funding for congregate supportive housing developments. The program will serve a variety of populations that are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Per unit awards may be up to $25,000. Proposals are due at 2:00 pm on July 24th, 2017. More information is available here on our website.
