This study offers an evaluation of the Connecticut Supportive Housing Demonstration Program. The report tracks a number of outcomes associated with supportive housing, including tenant Medicaid use and the impacts on neighboring property values. Findings reveal a decreased reliance on Medicaid-funded health care among tenants and a steady increase in property values for buildings near supportive housing residences. The report was prepared for the Corporation for Supportive Housing.
