This 2006 Network report provides an in-depth look at the details, hopes and challenges of the New York/New York III Agreement. The Agreement, signed in 2005, made a commitment to create 9,000 new units of New York supportive housing over the next ten years. The report concludes that, "By educating communities and harnessing local support, 9,000 of our most vulnerable New Yorkers can be integrated into the communities where they can stabilize and grow."
