Supportive Housing: A Good Neighbor
This 2008 video offers a compelling case for supportive housing as a tool to revitalize lives and neighborhoods. The short clip profiles three supportive housing residences in New York City: Palladia's Stratford House, VIP Community Services' Albert Walsh Apartments and Community Access' DeKalb Avenue Apartments. It features interviews from supportive housing tenants, providers, neighbors and community leaders.
"Supportive Housing: A Good Neighbor" was produced by New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR) with help from the Network.
