Managing Lean and Green
A workshop series for affordable and supportive housing managers
The Managing Lean and Green workshop series provides information and resources on how to make housing portfolios in the New York metropolitan region healthier and more energy efficient. The series helps providers of affordable, multifamily housing reduce operating costs. Workshops are designed to attract a range of audiences, including affordable and supportive housing developers, property managers, case workers, facilities, support and fiscal staff.
Managing Lean and Green is sponsored by the Network, Pratt Center for Community Development, the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development and the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board, with Enterprise Community Partners also co-sponsoring the first four sessions of the 2011-2012 series.
